Arc of Maui County provides a variety of in house paid employment opportunities for individuals who are building their job skills or are not able to maintain a community based position at this time. This program is a positive way for individuals with a variety of behavioral and medical challenges to earn income, interact with peers and community members as well as create a product or perform a service they can be proud of. Current in house employment opportunities include aroma beads, piñatas, shredding, cleaning, snack cart, merchandising, and shopping.
