Positions Available:

Job Developer/Job Coach (Wailuku) - Full-time, Part-time - $18-20 an hour

Duties Include: Support participants on the job site. Research potential job opportunities in the community. Connect with employers and business owners to establish options and employers’ needs that match with participant interests and strengths.

 

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, preferably one year’s experience with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities and some employment or business experience.  Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background and drug tests; current TB and CPR/FA (will assist in obtaining).

Schedules vary depending on the position.

 

Community Navigator (Wailuku) – Full-time, Partime - $20 an hour

Duties Include: Support participants to explore community activity opportunities of their interest and preference. Accompany participants in their preferred activities to ensure smooth integration.

​

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with one year experience with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities or two years’ experience without a bachelor’s degree.  Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. TB, CPR/FA required upon hire (will assist to obtain).

​

Service Supervisor (Wailuku, Lahaina) - Part-time - $22-$24 an hour

Duties Include: Develop skill building programs for participants, train staff for implementation, write monthly and quarterly reports, attend annual ID Team meetings, and perform monthly on-site reviews with staff and participants.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field or in another field with one year experience with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities.
